Do MUD\WTR products contain caffeine?

Our blends are no-to-low caffeine. Coffee and matcha come in at 45mg and 55mg respectively, Original sits at 35mg, Hot Chocolate is barely caffeinated, and Turmeric + Rest are fully caffeine-free. For reference, a 12-oz Starbucks Pikes Place has around 235mg of caffeine.

Where are your products made?

MUD\WTR started in and operates out of Venice, CA. All of our mushrooms are American-grown, while the rest of our ingredients are sourced from all over the world, before being dropped off at our production facility by peregrine falcon.

Where are your mushrooms from?

All of our mushrooms are grown in the U.S.A., baby. We work with a producer in California.

Can you drink MUD\WTR products while pregnant?

We're not doctors and we don't pretend to be. Consult your physician before making any changes to your diet during pregnancy.

Are MUD\WTR products organic?

All of our products are USDA-certified organic.

Are MUD\WTR products Whole30-Approved®?

Our morning coffee alternative, :rise, sure is. Whole30 HQ has made an exception to their "no oats and/or sorghum on the label" rule for MUD\WTR, as we use organic oats and sorghum to culture the mushroom blend. But because oats and sorghum are not present in significant amounts in the final product, Whole30 determined :rise is still Whole30-Approved® and compatible with the program.

Will MUD\WTR make me trip?

The mushrooms in MUD\WTR are magic ... but they're not that kind of magic. Nothing in MUD\WTR will cause a psychedelic trip, but if you're into that sort of thing, check out our [psychedelics journalism on Trends w/ Benefits](/content/blogs/trends-with-benefits "Trends with Benefits"/index.html).

Do you provide samples?

You want to sample the goods, eh? We totally get it—you want to know what you’re in for. But, you know, our blends aren’t just a one-night stand. They’re more of a “let’s grow old together” kind of thing. That’s why we recommend our 30-day starter kit. It’s the best way to really feel the long-term benefits. Trust us, it’s a commitment worth making.

Does MUD\WTR break my fast?

Both :rise and :rest contain 20 calories per serving. Most research shows that you’ll still experience the benefits of a fast if you stay below 50 calories.

What’s the best way to dispose of my 90-serving bag?

Ah, parting is such sweet sorrow. But hey, there’s a silver—or in this case, green—lining. Just check the bag to see whether you’ve got a recyclable or compostable bag. If you’ve got one of our recyclable bags, send it off in your recycling bin to live another life. If it’s compostable, just toss it in your compost pile and let it break down like Mother Nature intended. Either way, you’re doing planet Earth a solid.

How do I manage my subscription?

Can I change the frequency of delivery?

Yes, your shipping frequency can be set to 30, 60 or 90 days by visiting your [subscription management page](/content/tools/recurring/login "Subscription Management"/index.html). You can change it anytime.

Can I skip a delivery?

You sure can. Log in to your MUD\WTR account and click on Manage to access your subscription details. From there, click Manage on the subscription you want to skip or delay. From there, click on Next charge date and pick your preferred date.

How do I upgrade to a larger serving bag or change products?

You can upgrade to a larger serving bag or change products from your MUD\WTR account. Click on Manage to access your subscription details, then click Manage on the subscription you want to change and click Swap Product. From there, you can choose a new product.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your MUD\WTR account and click on Manage to access your subscription details. From there, click Manage on the subscription you want to cancel, scroll down to the bottom of the subscription details and click Cancel Subscription. We’ll try not to cry.

How do I align more than one subscription?

If you’ve got more than one plan and they renew on different dates, you can change the date of renewal with any plan by visiting your [subscription management page](/content/tools/recurring/login "Subscription Management"/index.html) or by shooting us an email at drink@mudwtr.com.

Can I order without a subscription?

You sure can. Head over to the shop and choose the On Demand option for any of our products.

What is your return/refund policy?

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the US, Canada, and UK.

For Canadian customers, we don't currently ship to Quebec.

How much does shipping cost?

U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is free for subscription orders in the U.S.

To speed up your subscription order, you can pay a lil’ extra:

· 3 business days: $10

· 2 business days: $15

For on-demand customers, it depends how quickly ya want your order to arrive:

· Standard shipping (4-8 business days): $5

· 3 business days: $10

· 2 business days: $15

Canadian shipping

Shipping to Canada is $10 flat rate, whether you’re in Niagara Falls or Yellowknife.

This applies to both subscription and on-demand orders.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. shipping

Standard shipping orders usually arrive within 4-8 business days.

For faster shipping options, expected delivery times are indicated in the name.

Canadian shipping

Shipping usually takes about 10 business days, although border delays are out of our hands.

How much MUD\WTR can I order from Canada?

Because of import limits and other boring stuff, customers living in Canada are limited to 90 servings per product, per order.

That means you can order up to:

· 90 servings of :rise

· 90 servings of :rest

· 90 servings of :creamer

· and 90 servings of :sweetener

all in one order. But not 360 servings of :rise. Ya dig?

We aren't currently shipping new orders to Quebec, but are looking into options to do so soon. Stay tuned.
