Spiced Vanilla and Mud Almond Milk

The change of seasons means you need something warm in your mug. So we whipped up this combination of :MUD\WTR's :rise Cacao blend, warm spices and some delicious warmed almond milk.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of MUD\WTR's :rise Cacao blend
1 ¼ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of nutmeg

Directions

Pour milk into a small saucepan and add the cinnamon stick.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer until milk is infused with cinnamon ( about 10 minutes).
Remove from heat, remove cinnamon stick, and pour milk into a mug.
Add syrup, vanilla extract, and :rise Cacao and mix using your MUD\WTR frother.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy.
