Spicy Chocolate Mud

This mug of muddy chocolate heaven was crafted by mud customer Zak VanKeuren. Since he slid into our DMs with this protein-stuffed delight, it’s become a regular feature in the Mud HQ kitchen. Easy enough to throw together in a few minutes, it’s a slightly spicy warm-me-up for any season.

Ingredients

12 oz hot water
1½ tbsp MUD\WTR’s :rise blend
2 tbsp grass-fed butter
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt

Directions

This one’s easy: Throw all the ingredients together in a blender and blend 'em up good. Pour into your mug of choice, sip slowly and say, "Ahh".
